Coronavirus update 29/05/20

We are continuing with reduced activities as follows:

We have suspended ALL Post Office services until 15th June where we hope to offer one day a week. We will however, continue to operate with DPD courier support.

Telephone / Email service during the hours of 09:00 - 15:00hrs. (Closed 13:00-1400)

Retail customers, please look at our supported dealer page as some are still offering mail order although their shops may be closed.

if you have any warranties or repairs please call to discuss prior to sending therefore avoiding any unnecessary delays.

We are still receiving stock from ESU and therefore intend to fully support the trade.

We appreciate this may be inconvenient, however during these uncertain times we hope you understand.

Here at SWD we were the first to offer authentic sound for the British modeller, now available through our supported dealers. With over 30yrs worth of modelling experience to offer of which the last 17yrs have been dedicated to DCC control, combined with our friendly customer care, we can provide you with reliable pre and post ESU sales support.
